We renewed our domain with GoDaddy in October. Attached is a screenshot of the DNS Managment info in GoDaddy. Any advice on what I need to do to fix it will be much appreciated. Thanks, Camille

Hi,

I reached out to GoDaddy Support and read through the document you referenced. GoDaddy support says the domain is active on their end. Attached are the DNS Management Records entered. GoDaddy support said the entry with www should be a CNAME and not an A. Support also asked if there is a name server option that I could use as the other information is not working?

Any assistance you can provide will be much appreciated.
