It looks to me like the most recent login attempt was successful.

Here is a tip...

When setting a new password, first type the desired password someplace other than the new password pop-up where you can see what you are typing. Then, copy and paste the password into the new password pop-up. This way, you can be sure of the password that was created.

I may add the the "eye" / peek icon to the new password pop-up in the future, but it does not currently have that.

Al, we are just trying to figure what is going on. Don't presume that we intend to disparage you.

Have you confirmed that this person's cookie settings are correct?
