Hi everyone,
I just got an email from another club admin saying that the link to support on the "New Member Welcome" letter doesn't work (404 error). It's kind of funny that I sent this out recently to 20 members and no one noticed it.
When I investigated, I see that the default sentence is:
You can access the FTH 2.0 Users Guide at <support.toastmastersclubs.org/members/fth2/docs/FTH20UsersGuide>
Since we are now using FTH3, it makes sense that the link doesn't work, but for other new admins or anyone else wondering about this, below is what I told her:

-Log in as admin
-Launch admin console
-On the dropdown menu, choose “membership management”
-On the tabs, choose “New Member Welcome”
-Go to the text box called “New Member Welcome Message”
-Scroll to the sentence you want to change and paste in the new URL.
-Save!
-Close.

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, but I wasn't able to find any info on it.

You have not provided your club number. :thumbsdn:

You apparently do not understand that the welcome email text is your text and your responsibility to update it. While we also do have default welcome email text, it is accurate... You only need to fetch the default text using the provided button, which will overwrite your current welcome email.

Hi Steve,
First of all, thank you so much for all the work you do to make it possible for our clubs to have a website. I appreciate all the time and energy you put into this. You rock!
You make a great point - almost everything in this website is customizable. That's a great feature to have. And the default text is well thought out, so from newbies to experts, the admin role is made easier.
I am new to this and apologize if I have missed the purpose of the forum. It has provided such value to me as I've poked around trying to get our club website up but I couldn't find any info about this matter specifically. The obvious answer is, as you said, edit your club text. But since it may not be obvious to new admins, I was hoping to provide a searchable answer on it.
Thanks so much again for doing this for all of us!

Also added a my signature - thanks for the thumbs down/heads up!:)
