Please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message for more information. This is not a "new" topic but I don't believe it has occurred elsewhere. It first happened about 5 weeks ago- out of the blue the message Message not delivered because it has bounced too many times. The member has been with the club for many years and this was the first occurrence. She is on the executive and her messages "appear" to be coming to the rest of the executive but she is saying she is not receiving them. My suspicion is that this is something with her email and not directly connected with Fee Toast host. Would someone be able to clarify what the issue is and how I can resolve for the member. I have attached the text file which came with the message

I have reset the bounce count, but it may happen again.

The cogeco.ca mail servers have a configuration error. depending on which server is hit there will be a security error.

Connection converted to SSL

Cipher in use: ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384
Certificate 1 of 3 in chain: Cert VALIDATED: ok
Cert Hostname DOES NOT VERIFY (mx.cogeco.ca != *.megamailservers.com | DNS:*.megamailservers.com | DNS:megamailservers.com)
(see RFC-2818 section 3.1 paragraph 4 for info on wildcard ("*") matching)
So email is encrypted but the host is not verified

Is this a random issue is there anything the member can do or request from their provider - Cogeco
