Club 3401885
A new member has been trying for two weeks to opt in to our site, but keeps getting error messages when she tries to create a user name and cannot proceed. She has 13 more days before she is deleted. Her member number is 2090497
.
Thank you for any help you can give with this.

I wish I could give me more specific information, but the new member cannot remember the error message. All I know is the site is not allowing the new member to go past the point where she enters her user name to opt in. She cannot go to the next step and enter a password. It might help if you could let me know if there are rules for the user name or if cookies must be allowed to use the site, or if there is some other auto-generated software obstacle which would prevent her from creating a user name.

The opt-in is just a link no user name is required.

I have sent Debi the opt-in email again.
