Is there a time limit AFTER the 30-day time limit expires for a new member to opt-in where all data is deleted? OR is that timeout delete function complete. It seems that to make the Re-Send OptIn feature work, some data has to be kept. But we have a member who recently was "deleted" for not opting in, but does not appear in the drop-down list to Re-Send Opt-in Mail. SO, does this Resend feature only work DURING the 30-day period?

Correct, if the prospect, Guest, new member does not opt-in they are deleted.

Due to new privacy regulations and "best practices", when people are added to one of the Membership Management lists, they will also automatically be sent an "opt-in" email in which they must click a link within 30 days to be activated in the system.

Until they are activated, they are filtered out of selection lists and are unreachable via FreeToastHost email. If they fail to opt in within the 30 day period, their information will be deleted.
