Received an "Approved their addition to club website" email but there is no name 4 years 4 months ago #78152

Hello Folks,
This is my first year as a webmaster/VPPR for our club. So pardon me if this sounds silly.  We usually receive emails like this when I have added a person either as a guest, prospect, or member via the member management panel. However, this time the email that we all received (officers) was blank and now we have no clue who that person really is. Should we be concerned that this happened? Or was it just a random test/glitch by the server? Kindly advise and thanks for bearing with my post. --- This is a notification email from your club website (<speakeasies.toastmastersclubs.org>) that "" has APPROVED his/her contact information etc.. to the Speakeasies Club 1401 Website... --- Speakeasies Club 1401
