We are trying to set up a Freetoasthost website for Carpe Diem Toastmasters Club #01475770. However, when Jeff Beard who is the approval person for this club received the email from Freetoasthost, the link to approve me to set up the website, he received the following message.."Sorry, this link cannot be confirmed. Please make sure the entire link is showin in the browser address bar." Can you assist in this matter? Thank you.

The link it probably wrapping in his email client. Have him copy and paste the link TEXT into notepad, and put it all on one (1) line then copy and paste into his browser.

Thank you,

I tried your suggestion but was unable to make it work. Sorry. Is it possible to resend the approval email? We are at a loss at this point.

Have them submit the request again but only once this time.
Not 3 times like they did before.

Thank you,
