1) we always need your club number

2) You send emails from your personal email address to members-nnnnn or guests-nnnnn email addresses are listed on your members menu under "Club E-mail Addresses"

3) You cannot send agenda emails directly from the server to guests you need to send them from your personal email.

Why does FTH ask for guest and prospects?

Those are not required. Just there in case you want to use them.

Can we send emails to members only?

Club officers can send emails to non-members. Since there is a risk to the system's email reputation if your members send spam to non-members, we require that only club officers can send emails through the system to non-members. We will not be changing that.

This tool would be much, much better if we could send emails and agendas to members, guests and prospects. Why don't we have that capability?

Well, you are certainly entitled to your opinion. However, we will not allow the system to be used for behavior by clubs that may adversely impact the system's email reputation at risk. If you send meeting agendas to non-members, you must remember that you are sharing information about your members (name and club membership) to non-members who have no vested interest in keeping it private. This is why we only support sending agendas to club members. This is not negotiable and will not be changed.
