I have run "Member Meeting Reports" at various times. I sign in as the Web Admin, go to the "members only" tab. Click on Meeting Agenda. Click on the icon/button for Meeting Reports. Select the report type as the Member Role Report. Choose report for all, for the current year. Then I select the Run/Download button.

I get a report that shows a report for each member for the current TM year. A concern that I have is that for several members, they will show 3-4 entries for the same date, with the same role.
EXAMPLE
Debra Loader 2019-07-05 Toastmaster (is listed four times) 2019-08-12 Toastmaster (is listed 4 times)
2020-04-06 Toastmaster (is listed twice)
Why the multiple listings? Is this an item that only you can correct? Or, can we as web admins correct this?

Thanks for your help.

PS: learned, the hard way, that my Log In info for FTH 2.0 didnot work. I could only create a new profile. Lost all my credits and use history from FTH 1.0 and FTH 2.0. So, starting all over again. Why did I lose past earned "credits and recognition?"

The reports are built from your agendas. Do you have multiple agendas with those dates?

1. Many of your agenda items mention two role names. e.g.: "Toastmaster Introduces Speaker #1" ... This is actually for Speaker #1, *not* the Toastmaster. It confused me at first glance.

2. Your agendas do not use the keywording feature w/ asterisks to tell the system what part of the agenda text is the actual name of the role. See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda , scroll to bottom, see section on "Repeated and Grouped Roles".

Because of the above, you should expect the code to get confused, and you may not get the results you expect in reports as a result. If your agenda confuses me (it does), there is no way I can make the code understand it any better.
