Thanks for you response, Brian.

We have the domain positivethinkers.ca. What you can see on the Admin access is the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I tried to e-mail to this address but it is not forwarding to my personal e-mail.

In addition, on the provider configuration page, which is Hover, you have to inform the e-mail you should forward to which is the free host e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I just gave the vpm example, but this is not working for all the e-mails hosted for the FTH. That's why I'm saying that the FTH forward is not working.
