the email address which new member gave us is invalid in FTH3 7 months 1 week ago #91342

I tried to register a new member (his nationality Maruta) by entering his name and an e-mail address and mobile phone number but the message "Invalid/Non-functioning E-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (Our advertised SMTP server permanently refused mail) is coming out and could not register him on the list.
Then by using the function, "quick add", I could temporarily register this member but the confirmation message to him from FTH3 could not reach him although the copy of message to him was sent to me. Now his status is still pending. How to solve this problem? Actually we can make contact with him directly, so for the time being sending information to him individually. Morinaka |
