Hello, 

One of my member's is trying to access our club website 7723.toastmastersclubs.org/ and he keeps getting this error. (I've also attached a screenshot) 

Software error:
Create_DBI[IPADDRESSES](Callers=>main::HitCounterText>main::serve): Can't create records: [INSERT INTO IPADDRESSES (DEVICEUID,IPADDRESS,CLUBNUMBER,DATEUPDATED) VALUES (?,?,?,NOW())] (Bind Values=2C115k6SWlPNbx6G 100.40.210.124 7723)] Error=[Duplicate entry '51016238' for key 'PRIMARY']
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.


We have tried the following: 
Changing browsers
I told him to try to access the website through his phone. 
This error still keeps popping up.
