Any suggestions/tips on how to reduce paper waste? We end up going through paper.

You're already using the FTH standard format and your 4/7 print options do not include pictures. (two primary ways to shorten the printed agenda.)

If your next agenda is typical; you could reduce the print to one page by not printing the role descriptions. Of course this could also be accomplished by printing double sided but fewer options consumes less ink.

FTH (mostly) adjusts to smaller screens. How many agendas does your club print for a typical meeting, how are they being used and which of those uses are critical for a smooth meeting? Your club's answers to these might help define a case for adopting greater use of digital agendas (their phones/tablets) to reduce paper consumption.

Reduce the number of roles on the agenda, reduce the role descriptions.
Have people use their phones/pads to read the agendas.
