My members were having some difficulty finding the email addresses for members and officers, so I created a new page titled Frequently Used Emails, then linked both email addresses in the body and posted it on members only.

Eventually, I will add each officer so that the members can send to individual officers without having to scroll down through the member liist to fine them.

I will also be adding emails to Area, Division and District Officers, if for no other reason, than i can find them quickly.

Actually, in terms of scrolling to find the club officer emails, they are listed first (president, then alphabetically by first name), followed by the members (alphabetically by first name). So officer addresses should be easy to find in the member list.
