Except that "interfere" needs to be "interferes" to jibe properly with the singular "content" to which it refers. I still don't like ending the sentence with "without our consent" because we are all used to reading in various places "You agree that we can do thus and so without your consent." Howsabout this?

Use of user scripts. We reserve the right to delete any content containing user-supplied scripts that, without our consent, interferes with or alters the proper functioning of the FreeToastHost system.
