WOW, there certainly is a wealth of info here.

My first question is who is your projected audience for this site? I assume a district site would pleasure club and district officers - but the YouTube videos seem the type to attract members. And the YouTubes take up a lot of space - reduce them to about 1/3 the size and stack them side by side in one row for a clean look. At the bottom of the homepage, "Every TM journey starts with a single speech." is something I'd expect to see on a club site rather than a district site. One way to streamline the the info might be to base it on audience - members, clubs, district officers.

I guess my concern with having so much info is in the organization. I pretended that I was an area director - what info would I be looking for and could I find it. Then I pretended to be a club officer, etc. For me, starting a new club doesn't fit with Tips and Tricks but that's where it is. There is a lot real estate devoted to your recognition ceremony on the home page AND a unique page for it as well. Ditto on the Pathways video and the unique page. I would more appreciate a home page that is clean, with a tease and a mention with a MORE... button to link me over to the devoted page.

And last, most of the info I found was the same stuff I can find on Toastmasters.org. If I were a director or club officer looking for something, I'd Google it and Google would take me to TM.org. However, I would make an effort to visit this site to find inspiration and ideas - specific, hands-on tools, examples of what's working in other parts of the district. Your goal is to support all clubs - I would want to see and feel what the district is doing to support my club. Do we have District Incentives? Programs?

I can tell you've put a boatload of time and energy into this. I hope your people appreciate you!

What do I do to make it mobile friendly? Is there something built in to implement that?

Very nice site. It does appear that a lot of the linking has been fixed.

Just my two cents to share, my recommendation from a web developer point of view is to keep that homepage to where you don't scroll too much. You can definitely create custom webpages with FTH. My feedback I receive all the time from folks is they do not want to scroll too much. It is a small suggestion that could go a long way. Again, just my two cents, but the site does look great. Best of luck on your journey!
