Evaluator #1: 2-3 minute evaluation of speaker #1
Evaluator #1: 2-3 minute evaluation of speaker #2
Evaluator #1: 2-3 minute evaluation of speaker #3

Every time I create a new agenda, this is what happens. I try and edit and change it to Evaluator #2 and Evaluator #3, but it comes back saved with Evaluator #1 still. In addition, I created a new agenda template, and used it to create a new agenda, but still it read Evaluator #1.

It's not a huge issue but it may confuse guests and older members. Thanks.

have you tried creating them as:
Evaluator #1: 2-3 minute evaluation of speaker 1
Evaluator #2: 2-3 minute evaluation of speaker 2
Evaluator #3: 2-3 minute evaluation of speaker 3

without the # behind speaker?

It only worked if I left out both # signs.

It reads now, "Evaluator 2: 2-3 minute evaluation of speaker 2" and "Evaluator 3: 2-3 minute evaluation of speaker 3"

Thanks for this suggestion.
