5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

could you please check if our club (1331542) email is toastmasters@student.stenden.com, i am sending the 'i have forgotten the admin password' but it seems that we do not receive an email with a reset.

The email was sent to the Hotmail.nl address. Check the junk or spam folder as well.

It seems that both emails are registered as admins, when entered our club number i received following note:

NOTE: The contact email(s), toastmasters@student.stenden.com and stendentoastmasters@hotmail.nl, will be used for approval of this request.

Is there a way to remove the hotmail.nl email as we do not have access to that one anymore?

As long as one of the 2 email address can get the email and click the link you can have your change request completed. You can ignore the email .nl that is not working.
