davinp wrote: That printed agenda layout looks similar to the template Toastmasters International has on their website with the red banner.
Lake Ridge Toastmasters prefers to use that template as it looks nicer than the FTH agenda.

Red is for *districts* ... you are not following the proper branding guidelines. :pinch:

THIS IS AMAZING!!!

Thanks for creating this option for the club agendas. I think a lot of my clubs are going to start using it.

One thing I noticed when i set up to print for Club #1577321: assuming the officers in the sidebar are listed in "descending" order, the Treasurer and Secretary should be reversed from how they're set now.

Great new feature, Steve!
Thank you!!!

One other thing about the "disappearing header" problem. (I tried this with all five of the clubs listed in my signature.) I specifically notice that the initial print dialog that pops up does not have the header on it. If i just hit print at that point, the actual hard copy does not have the header either. If, however, i hit Escape or close the print dialog, the header then shows up on the formatted agenda where it's displayed on a new tab. If i THEN hit print, the header prints on the hard copy as displayed.

If it makes a difference, i'm using a MacBook Air running OS X with a Google Chrome browser.

It's a minor glitch and i've found the workaround for now. Still think this is awesome.

Thanks!

Regarding missing officers mention by Linda's post.
I too had a missing officer (Secretary), but I spotted that I had neglected to assign someone as Secretary when I was updating the Membership Management window.. Once I corrected that mistake, all 7 officers appeared correctly in the TI Layout agenda (even the lady who is both President and VPPR had 2 separate entries in the officer list). Thus, if you haven't assigned all your officers in Membership Management, there will be fewer than 7 officers appearing in the TI Agenda; and it you had remembered to list the Immediate Past President (like I didn't), it won't appear either. (I hope its smart enough to not list multiple people holding the same office if accidentally left in the Membership Management window.)

I've been copy/pasting data from FTH into the TMI Document for several years, and REALLY appreciate this upgrade!

At the International Convention held here (DC) a few years ago, I suggested that TMI make letterhead paper available so that clubs could easily have a colorful Agenda while using only a B&W printer. Also, header could go full bleed (edge to edge) and not be limited by printer margins. I guess this was just too good an Idea for WHQ!

But thanx for this - this is great!
