Thanks for the acknowledgements! 
One thing I want to emphasize here is that the Pathway resources were downloaded from the TI Base Camp server and uploaded to the FreeToastHost server. Base Camp requires you to log in to access these materials--I think that is just unnecessarily convoluted. By putting these on the FTH server, we can eliminate the need for a Base Camp login.
We did get permission and the blessing of TI to do this, for those that are curious. (Brian handled that.)
Moreover, sooner or later TI will update their materials and change their links. If we had just linked directly to their materials, sooner or later our links would not work. By linking to copies of the materials on the FTH server, we can ensure that our links always work.
Of course, the complication is how to know when their Pathways materials have been updated so we can copy them over to the FTH server. This is an example of where we need our users help to know this. (It would nice if there was an automated way to know when to do the update, but I have not yet thought of one.)
