Delete Pages???

Under the "Main Menu" & "Members Only" sections I want to DELETE several pages that look like custom pages held over by some previous admin. No matter whether I'm logged in as Administrator or Member, I can't seem to find any way to delete those pages. When I click on the "Delete Page" it dims, yet nothing happens. How do I resolve this???

I was logged in with Chrome & decided to try Firefox. With Firefox I was able to delete one of the cuttom pages under the "Main Menu". It gives a popup asking whether I really want to delete that page.

Even with Firefox I wasn't able to delete any of the custom pages under "Members Only". For example, I want to delete "ABQ Speaks Up Speeches", but when I select "Delete Page" I don't get the confirmation popup.
