Hey this Rich Politiski of Club 1677 Temecula Toastmasters, and I am the VP of ED. A couple new members cannot log into our club's site, but they did pay their dues to the Treasurer a couple weeks ago. I looked on TI official club roster, and I did not see their names. I am assuming that our Treasurer has not paid their dues to TI. Would this prevent them from signing into our club's site? (Both members have opted-in) Thanks.

The TI roster is not linked to your FreeToastHost membership list, although it should be kept up to date. If the new members are on your club website and their email addresses are correct, they should be able to login to the club website. They won't be able to log on to the TI website if they aren't registered there. Check with them which website they can't access - TI or the club FreeToastHost website.

You seem to have a lot more members on your website than you have registered at TI, you might need to move some of them to your former-members list.

Thanks Pam. I'll will start to move the members that have not paid to the former member section. Do they still get the weekly agenda emails?

No, only the current members get the agenda. Sending email to non-members too often can set your club up as a spammer.

Is the following the correct process for membership dues: member pays treasurer and all money goes into our club account; then treasurer goes on TI and pays their dues to TI from our account?

(I've been all officers except Treasurer. And we have not had a Treasurer for the last 3 months.)

I ask this because I looked on our club roster on TI and it has only 18 members. But I've spoken with 5 new members that said they paid but their names are not on the official roster on TI.

Does this mean Treasurer has not paid for these members yet? Thanks.

That is the normal process.
We aren't TI, you'll need to check directly with them if there are any concerns. www.toastmasters.org
