Hello, This is Rich Politiski, VP of Ed, for Temecula Toastmasters Club 1677.

A couple new members cannot log into TI and our club website. I walked them through this process but they keep getting this message from TI when they log into TI:

Reset your password
We were unable to locate your record using the email address you provided, please contact
membership@toastmasters.org or call 720-439-5050 for assistance.

Should they contact TI membership or are we doing something or forgetting to do something first time logging in.

We are not toastmasters international we can not assist you with anything on toastmasters.org.

As far as your club website your site admin needs to manually add the members to the site and then the new member needs to click accept in the opt-in email before they can log in.
