Hello again. I've noticed that after the meeting notes on our agenda, there's a feature that says Upload Existing Files. These are my personal files stored on my computer. Do all members of our club have access to these files? If so, how can I get rid of this feature in our agenda?

Thanks for your help.

Please re-read what is says, there are 2 buttons for 2 different functions.

Yes all members would have access to the files. No you can't turn off the buttons

Brian, this is incorrect.

The Upload and Link buttons for Agenda Attachments only show up for members that can create or edit agendas, not for all members. The files that are uploaded here are used as attachments for the related agendas. Those files are stored and available in the File Manager.

1) Regular members do not see the Upload or Link buttons (or any other buttons for Attachments) when they access the Agendas.

2) If no attachments for an agenda were created, that section of the agenda is not shown at all.
