FreeToastHost Warning - email address removed after bouncing too many times

Hello, my club received an email, "FreeToastHost System Warning" on Sun, 27 Oct 2019" advising my email address [ gdelore1@bigpond.com ] had bounced too many times, exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces and had been removed. My email is valid, the only change to my knowledge being use of an "ad blocker" for some months (more applicable to web pages). My club has re-entered my email address however still not accepted. Your assistance would be appreciated to help rectify this outcome which is causing difficulties for my club and me communicating with each other.

Please contact bigbond and have them add server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to your safe list.

If you can get them to add it to the general safe list for bigpond it would be great they are bouncing all of the toastmastersclubs.org email to everyone down there.

The Bounce Count for Email Address [gdelore1@bigpond.com] has been reset to zero.
