Hello,

I have a guest who attended our club's virtual meeting last week, and she is a good candidate for membership. However, when I add her to the prospects list I get an SMTP error, as if her SMTP server is unreachable. I'm assuming that the same will occur if/when I add her as a member.

But, I can email her from my gmail with the same email address, and I have no trouble reaching her. Here is the email in question:

risha@walden-interiors.com

Her email address includes her business domain, and that resolves without a problem.

Here's the error:

Invalid/Non-functioning E-mail: risha@walden-interiors.com (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)

it should work now.

Your new members email server is housed in a datacenter that frequently spams our server.
