5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

Member email address in Membership Management keeps bouncing

Within the past few days one of our members is not receiving emails that are sent using "members-496@toast..., officers-496@toast...., or vppr-496@toast... email addresses. I tried some of the FreeToastHost suggestions by adding a space at the end of the email address and the code did not fix it and an error message appeared at the top. I have a screen shot of the message as an Attachment. The member's email address is mark.lohrding@charter.net. I deleted the email address and pasted the email address I have in my personal contact list and the error went away. However when I then sent an email to vppr-496@toast.... I got the same "Message not delivered" email. Sending to that email address from my yahoo email account works just fine. The 1st attachment is a screenshot of the error message on the Membership Management page the the 2nd attachment of the "Message Not Delivered" email.

It looks like charter.net is not accepting email from toastmastersclubs.org.

Have your member add server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to the charter.net safe list
