All of a sudden, one of our club members is unable to receive agenda emails. This has only happened within the past couple of weeks. She was able to receive agenda emails prior to that. Her name is Celeste Lauren. I checked to confirm that her email address has not changed in her website profile. She's able to log into the Free Toast Host, but unable to receive emails.

The email address checker in Mbr Mgt for your website is showing her charter.net email address is "Bad", which means that we are not able to send email to it. This may be due to a change in policy w/ her email provider or our server could have blocked the provider if it is on a spam black list or has spammed our server. As a policy change is more likely, I would suggest that she either whitelist the server email address or create contact for the server email address, which will accomplish the same thing.
