My club officers like to post the meeting theme and word of the day in the Meeting Description area so it is located at the top of the agenda page, along with our club name and the club mission. Members who do not have administrative rights do not have access to add the meeting theme when they serve as the Toastmaster, nor add the word of the day when they serve as the Grammarian. Other than the agenda Meeting Notes area, is there a way to add a text box at the top of the agenda page so members can add info without needing administrative access?

They can edit it without needing administrative rights if you configure those roles appropriately in the agenda editor.

You only need to check the checkmark that is labeled "The person assigned to this role can edit the agenda" for those meeting roles in the agenda editor.
