DropRole button is no longer there on the Meeting Agenda

Thank you. Appreciate your prompt help.

Issue resolved. I changed the Global Settings for the Agenda Template and enabled role confirmations.

Seems to be working good with a slight difference from previous release, I believe. Now, those with admin permissions like myself, see an X mark next to the role they signed up for. If they click the X mark, they may remove themselves from the role. Will other club members get the DropRole button as before or the X mark?

Please advise.

No, you are mistaken.   I am the system code developer... I know *exactly* what changes I have made and have not made.

The "X" has *always* been the way to remove yourself from a role on the *online* agenda.  I have *never* changed that.

The "Drop" role change button has always been the way to remove yourself from a role in the *emailed* agenda.

I think you are getting the two versions of the agenda confused.

I'm not aware of any changes.  Anyone logged in as a member will see the Confirm button for their own roles.

The website admin (logged in as admin)  and anyone logged in as a member with admin rights to that agenda will see the 'X' next to all of the assigned roles. They can use that to quickly remove anyone from their role.
