Online documentation not working

Online documentations isn't working at the moment and will take a while to fix.

Unable to change Club Administrator

I have tried several times to change our admin for our website. All the email addresses and current admin are not active.  I have the correct club email address but when I try to click on "Submit Request", I can go no further.  See attached screen shot.  Please advise.

That is strange - I've just tried using exactly what you have displayed and the Submit Request button is active at the end.
Please try again - make sure you type the email address in to avoid copying in any stray hidden characters such as spaces or tabs.

Thank you for providing the screenshot.   The issue, in this case, is that no green data validation checkmark is shown for the club number, so the system does not think that the club number has been checked and is valid.   Not sure how you entered a club number without it getting checked--even if you canceled on the pop-up it would clear out the club number.
