Hi - A new club member notified me of the following security risk on our Free Toast Host site. How do I fix this issue?

TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 are enabled. – These protocols have known exploits and are vulnerable to attacks which makes it easy for an attacker to impersonate a server in an effort to compromise a user’s system that accesses the toastmaster’s siteRECOMMENDATION: Disable TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1, and Enable TLS 1.2 or higher protocols when connecting to  gnat.toastmastersclubs.org

My club # is 1833 and URL is  gnat.toastmastersclubs.org . Thanks in advance for any help.
