Links need to take you to the TOP of the page

I like your website for toastmasters clubs.  I have an issue:  Clicking to one of the generic included links like "Find Your Voice" or "Transform Yourself" etc. take you to the proper page BUT it doesn't automatically scroll you up to the top of the page, leaving you with the feeling that perhaps this was a faulty link.  Our home page for instance, has a story about new members and after you read to the end of the story, if you click on "Find Your Voice" you're taken to a page of all white space, confusing the visitor a bit, until you scroll up and see the content.  I'd like those links to automatically take me to the top of the page.  How to do that?   Thank you in advance for your help!!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I never noticed that before! FTH Developer Steve James is the appropriate team member to poke under the hood and come up with a fix. Good catch!
