Greetings fellow Toastmasters! I am brand new to the Free ToastHost portal and this support page. I am curious: did the process of creating a new account for Support, or the requirements for creating an account, recently change? I have been trying for weeks to create an account here so that I could ask for support for my club's ToastHost site. Previously, I could never get beyond the Captcha part of the account creation screen. I tried multiple browsers, multiple Internet sources, I cleared my cache...I did everything I could think of or that was in the instructions. No matter what, the Captcha wheel just kept spinning and my account was never created. Then today, I tried again, and it magically worked. There was no Captcha component this time. Any ideas as to why I had this experience?
