A member Yasmeen Jiwa yasmeen@febtro.com is unable to access the club website (#1084)

She does not receive the follow-up email after I have added her name to the club membership list although I do.

We have tried on multiple occasions without success.

Please advise how this can be rectified.

Have you requested that she OPT IN?  I just sent the opt-in e-mail to her through FTH.  It is recommended therein that "You should follow-up with the
people added to verify that they received the opt-in email."  I recommend phoning the person to accomplish that, but she is one of a handful of members for whom no telephone number is listed in the Members table.

Also check in memership management to see if there is a line through her name.
Then an automatic email is transmitted. She has the option of AGREE OR DISAGREE to her details on your website
