(FoxVox Club 9771) Prospect Opt-In Email replies

Michael Madden of FoxVox club, I am confused by the Opt-In email replies:
I get confirmation of the sent email, then I get an email that the person in question has Opted In, and right after that I get another that they have Declined to Opt in. This happens in very rapid sequence, within minutes of sending the Opt-In.
This happened when I sent original email and a week or so later when sending follow up.

Bug in the FreeHost Toast software??
Thanks,

We always require your club number.

It is the persons email host auto clicking the links.

What are they using as a email host?

Hi Brian,
the corporate domain addresses show this behavior.
Expect they are using Outlook or some other non browser based application.
Club number is in subject line. ;)

We can't help you with this issue. They need to talk to their IT group and get the toastmastersclubs.org domain safe listed.
