We entered 6:30 pm start time on the agendas, and  the printed / emailed agendas show the correct time,
but on the Club Calendar, the start time appears as 1030a
We are on US Pacific time (California)

Your club time zone is set to GMT - your website admin or officer with access to website settings can fix that.  Once fixed you'll need to access your agenda in edit mode to get the calendar update to stick

You aren't using the # and * notation for grouped and repeated roles on your agenda - best to get that right from the start, or your reports will be messy and members will have to assign themselves multiple times for the same role (e'g' *Timer* and *Timer*'s report...
See the documentation here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda    - especially the "Repeated and Grouped Roles" section

I AM the website admin, but I have not used FTH in almost 2 years and don't remember.
I thought only website admins could get on this forum.

I tried changing GMT to USA Pacific and also added the *=======* for repeated roles,
but that didn't fix the 10:30a problem in the Club Calendar.

Still not fixed.
Tried to open EDIT and SAVE & CLOSE on all 3 agendas we started, but they all still show up in the Club Calendar as 10:30a instead of 6:30 pm.
