Not sure if there was a glitch in FTH between 2/23 and 2/16.  A current member signed in with their credentials; however they received an email error from an 'unrecognized device'. The person addressed on the error was a totally different member.

Once they signed out as that person, they were able to sign in again and their info was pulled up.

Thank you in advance for any feedback on this.

Hard to tell from what you've provided.
I see 4 messages regarding logging in from unrecognized devices for your club on 14 Feb
One to yourself (admin log-in), 2 to Joann and one to Paula.
Are you saying that someone other than Paula received the message meant for Paula.  If so, who received it?
The image you've provided is of a forwarded message with extra details.

Alan signed in using his credentials but received the unrecognized error for Paula sent to him.  He is our SAA, and has never experienced this issue.  Just checking to see if anyone knew of a glitch. 8-/

Very strange!  I can see that the same email was sent to both of them at the same time, followed by another to all officers about 10 seconds later.
Must have been some fluke of timing with them coincidentally logging in at the same time.

That is what I thought.  I'll let them know not to worry.  Thank you again for your help on this issue, as well as ALL you do for FTH!  It is truly appreciated.
