5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

Can’t send email from fth

PROBLEM : I cannot send an email from the FTH APP to the members . THE INDICATION SAYS ITS SENT BUT when I monitor on another computer  I never recieve it…. I am Vp Ed and do up the agenda on fth and sent it to selectable members……it used to work fine …..the only thing I did was tried to use the guest option …it didn’t work because on opt in function and my lack of know how….I deleted the guest ….

I can see about 20 agenda emails have been sent by you, but only to yourself, in the last 2 days.  They all show as having been accepted by your email provider.

Make sure you have the right recipients in the "Send This Email To:" box
If you're only sending to yourself for test purposes, and not receiving it - check your junk mail, if not there ask your service provider where it is.

There is no option to send agendas to guests.  If you have a dummy guest with no email address on your members list, the sender will get a message when sending to all members saying that email couldn't be sent to that address.  That is expected behaviour
