Request to Export Contact Info with Follow-Up Date for Efficient Interactions

As a VP of Membership and Public Relations, I want to export the contact info with the follow-up date, so that we can efficiently search for and prioritize interactions with filters using custom categories (e.g., recent follow-up date) for prospects, guests, and former members via third-party software (e.g., Google sheets) until there is a visual and interactive way to do so in FreeToastHost.  This also enables the exec team to efficiently back us up without clicking "Follow-Up" for each contact among hundreds of them on each tab.

Given the limited bandwidth that officers have and interactions for a club that meets monthly, sorting by the last "follow-up date" can help ensure no leads slip through the crack for conversion into members.  We're open to other suggestions for optimizing the workflow of our officers to convert more prospects to guests to members and former members to members.

Is this not currently in the existing export???  I thought it was.  (maybe I am mistaken)   And yes, I created the current export, so you would think I would know that.  lol

Currently, we see the following 10 fields (as of 2/14/22) for the Members tab as the template for other tabs (prospects, guests, former members, and club friend/affiliate):
  1. Name
  2. Email
  3. Phone
  4. Bemail
  5. Email Groups
  6. Date Joined
  7. TMID
  8. Role Status
  9. Mentors
  10. MNotes
Perhaps, "Follow-Up Date" wasn't included as a field because it's missing from the Members tab template whereas it's included in the tabs for prospects, guests, and former members.  If it's easier to be consistent, adding the "follow-up date" for the Members tab would also help officers (e.g., VP of Education and Membership) prioritize who hasn't been followed up on recently to coordinate interactions with minimal redundancy and frequency while ensuring retention.

Ahh, I think you are probably right about that.  Also, there is a follow-up report in the membership reports, so I think I probably thought that was sufficient.  Are you familiar with that report?
