History of Roles for members

Most agendas include Speaker1/Speaker2 or Evaluator1/Evaluator2.
It is possible to see how long a member served in a role by seeing the history.
But you have to check both of these. Speaker1 and Speaker2. If they served as Speaker2 a month ago, then you don't see it in Speaker1.
is there a way to attach the speaker roles to the speaker history (regardless of Speaker1 or 2. Same thing for the evaluator roles.
SInce all the other roles are single roles for a meeting, this isn't an issue. It's just where there are multiple people for one role.

Thank you.

If you set up your agendas properly, then numbered roles are handled properly in reports.  You must use the # sign prior to the number so that the system code recognizes the role as a numbered role that should be grouped with other similar numbered roles.

Refer to  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda , specifically the section on "Repeated and Grouped Roles"

Do you mean instead of Speaker 1 and Speaker 2. They should be named Speaker #1 and Speaker #2?
Same thing for evaluations.
Thank you.

Yes
Although historically does it really make a difference. The important thing is they gave a speech.
