I'm in Japan and my devices' time zone is set as Asia/Tokyo.
My club's FTH time zone is set as America/Chicago.

The meeting schedule on my browsers is correct:
virtualprofessionalspeakers.toastmastersclubs.org/calendar.html

When I tried to make changes on the meeting agenda, it warns:
"This meeting is in the past."
on the previous day of the meeting.

Can we make the agendas editable by who are in the various time zone around the world when there's some time before the meeting starts?

I am sorry but no. You will just have to edit the agendas earlier.

Thanks for letting know the the limitation. I guess changing the meeting date and time temporarily for a few minutes might work.

If you have edit rights (officer access to edit agenda or specific role access on the agenda) you will be able to edit the agenda after the cut-off time.  Members without edit access won't be able to take on roles or edit their speech details after the cut-off time.
It seems that cut-off time is based on the device date rather than actual time.
