Timestamping Former Member records (and maybe Prospect records too)

As VPM, I would like to reach out to former members to encourage them to re-engage (re-join). I can get the list of members who did not renew for the most recent renewal period from Club Central, but I have to use the Membership Management module on my FTH website to see former members who left before the most recent renewal period. That is a LONG list! I would like to focus on former members who left more recently (not those who left many, many years ago). If Free Toast Host could automatically add a timestamp to each record whenever it is moved from one list to another (or at least when someone is moved from Members to Former Members), that would be VERY helpful!

Similarly. we have a long list of Prospects in the Membership module on our FTH website. I could try scrubbing the data - removing the oldest records IF I knew which ones were the oldest records. A timestamp that indicated the creation date would be most helpful! (Not looking for retroactive data, just a new field/column that would be populated for all new records.)

Thank you for your consideration!

I think we already have this information.  Every record in the db is tracked with a creation date and last modified date.   We just do not display that for users as it is typically used by me for troubleshooting purposes and bulk updates of database data.

Beth, our club just faced the same issue trying to prune the lists and having to ask if any names are recognized. This would be really challenging in any club with a degree if executive officer turnover.

I'm delighted that Steve says a timestamp is saved. I would like an option to display it, and to sort on it.
