Add columun for paid local dues and International dues and amounts

Is there a way to add a field to distinguish who paid international dues and who paid local club dues and the amounts? Now that most members are paying International directly, it is hard to determine who has paid one or the other or both fees each renewal cycle.

There isn't way to mark two separate payments at this stage.
I suggest that for now you use the Notes field for TI payment notes.

You can also set up a custom group to send your TI dues reminders - but that will be a manual process involving checking the payments and then adding or removing members from the custom group before sending reminders

Your scenario is why my two clubs (for both of which I serve as club treasurer) have self-pay disabled--it's confusing for members and more work for me.  We have renewing members submit payment to the club for the full amount, T.I. + club, the club deposits into its account, and then T.I. dues payment is effected using the club debit card.  A simple renewal worksheet I put together allows me to record when the various things were paid, the form of payment, etc.
Self-pay may seem a good idea, but not in my opinion.
If you would like to see my worksheet, say so and I'll create a PDF version for you to look at and consider.

Toastmasters created a mess with self pay, they only thought of themselves and not the individual clubs that have to collect dues as well.
