MAJOR REWRITE OF AGENDA SUBSYSTEM ANNOUNCED
This will change the way the create default agenda, create agenda, update agenda looks and flows.
1) Member Agenda View
- Agenda Select pull down changed to see only 45 days past and all future meetings in list.
-- Option to show all existing agendas
2) Meeting notes
- configuration changes to Admin > Meeting Agenda Settings > Meeting Agenda Global Settings
-- Show meeting notes on Emails
-- Show meeting notes on printed Agenda
- Agenda emails and printing to email/print meeting notes based on configuration.
3) Agenda Email
- The email comment text box is now using the rich text editor
4) Meeting Signup report html
- Columns and Rows are big enough to write in.
- Roles on left (5 meetings all roles for those 5 meetings are shown)
- 5 meetings across top with dates
- N/A in column/row cell where roles does not appear in meeting
- put members name in column/row cell where they have already signed up
- when printed it should print landscape on 8.5 x 11 paper
5) Role Report - Excel File
- Add configuration option for start date "Current TM year July/1" , "ALL", "YYYY/Month"
- Who can trigger new reports for others All Officers
- Members only see their own
6) New Report Member Speech - html report
- Who can trigger new reports for others All Officers
- Members only see their own
- Select for start date "Current TM year July/1" , "ALL", "YYYY/Month"
- Display Date, title, intro, manual/speech
7) New Report Member non Speech Role - html report
- Who can trigger new reports for others All Officers
- members only see their own
- Select for start date "Current TM year July/1" , "ALL", "YYYY/Month"
- Display Date and Roles (can be multiple per date)
8 ) Meeting Agenda Settings
New creation of the Default Agenda in Admin > Meeting Agenda Settings
- add configuration changes to Admin > Meeting Agenda Settings > Meeting Agenda Global Settings
-- Default Meeting Start time hours 0-23 or 12am-11Am+12PM-11PM minute 0-59
-- Create the ability to have multiple Default Agenda 1-9 ( Default Agenda 1) selectable by pull down in the Admin > Meeting Agenda Settings
-- a switch in the admin console> default agenda > global settings on the agenda printing to NOT print the times in the left column.

This is a role for which members can sign up
This is a speech (select manual / add intro)
This role should appear on the printed meeting agenda

-- Agenda update load the role into the insert box but label it as an update and process as such
- role order change Drag and Drop
The agenda update in the members area should function the same after the pencil is clicked.
