Our club has a similar issue. Majority of members are not getting any emails sent from the website, including an emailed agenda. Most members are using email addresses hosted at cgiar.org.

This extract shows "ok" status for all sent mail, although I know at least one person who has not received it yesterday (t.makombe@cgiar.org), and her email address is not showing up on the log. Do you know why? Also would you please send me a log from an older date (previously more people were not receiving the emails than this last time)?

Those are the only emails sent to your domain this week, we do not keep mail log longer than a week.

When was t.makombe@cgiar.org added to your members area??
