As your profile is not public we cannot see your picture at that link.

Please upload the image to this thread so we can see the before image you are working with.

Elena: The photo looks fine to me... what is your issue with it?

if you want more details in it, then you must resize it with a photo app like Brian mentioned. There will only be 100x100 pixels in the photo... just what ever fits in those dimensions. The photo handler makes best guesses about the photo--it is not perfect. If you want more detail, then you have to shrink down the photo in MS Paint or similar. We do not provide instruction on MS Paint, so you will need to get someone to guide you on that if you do not know how to use it.
