Help please

Why have ALL the custom webpages on our club's website suddenly disappeared - it has taken over two years to build up our information and now everything has gone?
Can we get this issue investigated ASAP and get these pages restored?

Thank you in advance for your attention to this urgent and critical matter

Regards

Can you tell us when you noticed they disappeared?
Where you doing anything on the site at that time?
When was the last time you saw all the pages there?

We will look into recovering the information, please do not do any updates to your site until er get back to you.

Thanks Brian,

The custom pages have now been restored and I appreciate your fast response & help getting this done.

As for your questions, I only noticed the pages were missing just after making a change to our site's Floater Message yesterday (Sun) evening. The previous date that I accessed the website was less than two weeks ago and all was OK then.

Only a few others have access to the password and they all deny making such drastic changes. It looks like, either, someone with a serious dysfunction has "hacked" our password or there was some system issue that caused these page deletions.

I have changed the admin password for the website and will only give this to our club president, and Public Relations Officer (to change regular meeting dates) for now. I will copy the Source code for each of the custom pages and keep them filed on a Word document, with a copy sent to the club president. Its comforting to know you have the facility to recover a back-up copy of the website, just in case something similar happens again.

Regards & thanks again
