Double byte codes (Japanese letters) in our FTH2.0 page have been collapsed recently.
We were using Japanese letters for link titles of custom pages and contents like this:

That looks like something that the programmer will need to look at.

There have been a number of code updates lately, and it's likely that one of them has inadvertently cause this to happen.

Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Do you have the character encoding "Shift_JIS" available in your browser?

If you set the character encoding to "Shift_JIS", does the page display correctly? If so, it might be a useful piece of information for the programmer.

It looks OK to me, but then, I can recognise only a small number of kanji characters.

I have tested Japanese (Shift_JIS) and other possible encodes such as Japanese (Auto Select) and Japanese (EUC) but could not display Japanese characters properly.

Thanks for that. I hope the programmer can look at it soon. I understand that this must be frustrating, and yours is probably not the only club affected.
